Meet The Team
John James Harding
John is Hardings Director of Lettings and HR.
John comes from a Military background having served a full 25 year Career in the Army. John received a Royal commendation from HRH Prince Andrew in 2009 for his selfness commitment to the services.
Johns hobbies include football, John is a retired FA Football Referee and FA football coach of 15 years.
John said I am looking forward to the change now having now left the Army, and is looking forward to the new challenges that come from Hardings. John also said some of the principles the Hardings clients can expect are that of Excellence, Integrity, Openness, Accountability, Honesty, Innovation and Client care.
Trisha O'Neill
Trisha is Hardings Director of Finance and Sales.
Trisha came from a Teaching background with 25 years experience in this field having managed several Childrens Nurseries in Germany, Cyprus, Northern Ireland and England.
A devoted mother to Michelle Stacey and Gary.
Trisha is a keen Historian whose hobbies include spending quality time with her family reading and visiting National Heritage sites all over the UK.
Trisha said I am looking forward to the fresh new challenges that Hardings will bring.
Elinor Gilbert
Elinor came from a travel background having worked with several major Airlines for 16 years and reached the level of cabin Services Manager.
Elinor began working in Residential Sales and Lettings seven years ago as a branch administrator and progressed to the role of Lettings manager.
She specialises in lettings legislation and administration and has qualified for the NAEA and ARLA technical awards in residential sales and residential letting and property management.
She is local to the area and in spare time enjoys running, the gym, going to the theatre and spending time with her family.
Elinor said I am looking forward to my new role with the Hardings team.
Martha OKane
I come from a Residential Lettings background which spans 20 years. I started as a lettings negotiator progressing to Lettings manager. I passed the ARLA 2000 Housing legislation exam with Distinction, I then went on to open a lettings property management office for a well known National Company.
Martha added “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such an innovative and growing business and its clear that the existing team have developed a strong reputation for professionalism, loyalty, integrity, transparency, and openness and I look forward to working with the Hardings team to its continued success”
When not at work Martha enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
