We wish to thank John O'Neill for his professional service that he provided recently. We had a difficult tenant who never paid his rent on time or in full. After discussing the situation with John, we agreed that the best call of action would be for him to visit the tenant himself and explain the terms and conditions of the lease and late payments. John promptly visited the tenant and successfully dealt with the problem. He also phoned and emailed us to keep us up to date with the situation.
Overall we were very happy with John and his service and would have no reservations in recommending his company.

I would like to say what great service I received from John O'Neill at Hardings Homes when looking for a rented property recently. The team at Hardings were exceptionally helpful and I really appreciated the flexibility shown when I asked on several occasions to view the property I was interested in. John also helped me measure up, kept me informed of where we were up to at all stages and arranged a hassle-free tenancy agreement. My family and I were in the later stages of emigrating to Australia we asked John from Hardings for lettings advice as we had not let a property before.
